Healthy weight is important for overall health and can help you prevent and control many diseases and conditions.Maintaining a healthy weight is so important it helps you lower your risk for developing the medical problems and helps you feel good about yourself, and gives you more energy to enjoy life.

I understand that all women have their own preferences, but in order for all of us to be healthy, it's suggested that both men and women should go to gym and lift weights. It's not totally about achieving a certain body goal, it's about living a healthy and happy life. I am not saying that if you're fat you are not living a happy life, it's just less stressful if you know in yourself that you do not think of your health that much. That makes you healthier inside and out.
