High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Form of cardiovascular exercise; improves athletic conditioning, glucose metabolism, and fat burning. Caution...do not exceed 30 minutes or perform more than 3x week.
Interval Workout: intervals: 10sec / 50 sec x4 rounds
(start first exercise with 10 sec count down)
*Advanced Mountain Climbers (bring foot to outside of elbow)
*Superman Plank (alternate lifting opposite arm/leg)
